How Do I Establish Diplomatic Relations with the Reich?
To apply to establish diplomatic relations with the Holy Theodorican Reich, please submit your information using the “Foreign Affairs Form” on the website's home page. The form is forwarded to the Reich's Foreign Office for review; once a decision is made, the Foreign Office will reply through the contact details left by the applicant. Formal requests for diplomatic relations that do not arrive through the form are not admitted to the review procedure.
Before completing the form, please confirm that the applying representative is authorised by their political entity and have ready the official name, the representative's status, contact details and any documents the other party requires. The information should be accurate and internally consistent; if the institutions or the representative's authority are still under discussion, it is advisable to complete your internal confirmation first and then apply.
After submitting, please wait patiently. Different applications may take different amounts of time, and if further information is required, please respond to the notice. Once diplomatic relations have been established, the two sides may arrange further exchanges such as an exchange of communiqués, the designation of contact persons, or discussion of subsequent cooperation; every commitment should be made by an authorised representative and properly recorded.
An application may be approved, deferred or not approved. The outcome does not represent a general assessment of the applicant's members or culture; if you receive a refusal, please respect the other party's decision, and if necessary politely ask for the reasons before considering a new application once conditions have improved.
