Today the Holy Theodorican Reich and Wong-Ming Empire, sharing the same ideals, wish to take diplomatic relations as our foundation, to open a path of good faith and to set wide the gates of peace.
We set our hand to this document in witness of good faith. May Heaven's mandate shine clearly upon and protect both our nations.
