Today the Holy Theodorican Reich and Republic of Valdoran and Brinia, sharing the same ideals, wish to make diplomatic relations our bridge, to open a path of good faith and to set wide the gates of peace.
We set our hand to this document in witness of good faith. May Heaven's mandate shine clearly upon and protect both our nations.
